Refund & Return Policy
All O&V Keepsake magnet are custom-made with customer-provided photos. As such, all sales are final once production has begun.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom photo magnets.

Order changes/cancellations: If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase (before printing begins).

Quality Guarantee: If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, we will gladly remake it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
